Revision history:

The initial draft of first section was put on the web during the VGDP workshop (June 1-7, 1997) at the University of Texas, Department of Geography. Further revisions were made during the period June 9 -18, 1997by Robert E. Ford in Utah. The completion date for the module was August 1998 (including addition of supplementary material from the web to enhance the printed module). The website was moved from the Westminster College of Salt Lake City server in December 1999 to the AAG in Washington, D.C. and then to Loma Linda University in June 2004.
