• The AAG/CCG2 Project (Association of American Geographers, Commission on College Geography) with funding from NSF has launched a major project entitled: Developing Active Learning Modules for Understanding the Human Dimensions of Global Change.  This project is managed by Susan Hanson of Clark University, Graduate School of Geography and has five modules nearly complete with five more in early production stage. • ESSE (Earth System Science Education) now called the ESSE21 Project has started an online Module Production Project that will produce modules in various topics such as: systems theory, modeling global energy balance, the biosphere.
   
• ETE (Exploring the Environment) project of the NASA/Classroom of the Future. It introduces use of remote sensing for studying the environment through a variety of oline modules.
   
• Woodrow Wilson National Leadership Foundation, Environmental Sciences Institutes (summer training programs for K-12 science teachers). They have many useful modules and resources.
